Harassment and Anti-Racism Policy

Royal Metro College is committed to providing a respectful, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all students and staff.

The College does not tolerate harassment, discrimination, or racism in any form. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Verbal or physical harassment

• Discriminatory behaviour based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, or other protected characteristics

• Bullying, intimidation, or inappropriate conduct

• Sexual misconduct

All members of the College community are expected to treat others with dignity and respect.

Reporting and Resolution

Students who experience or witness harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour are encouraged to report their concerns to the College.

Reports may be made to:

• Student Services

• The Administrative Office

All reports will be reviewed and addressed in accordance with College policies. Appropriate action will be taken where necessary to ensure a safe learning environment.
